Simplyhealth Ventures exists to invest in and support the very best predictive and preventative digital health companies that focus on the UK healthcare economy.


Simplyhealth Ventures is a purpose-led, financially focused fund entirely supported by Simplyhealth Group. Simplyhealth Group exists to provide access to healthcare for all in the UK, which frames the Ventures investment approach.


Investment focus

We primarily invest at Series A, with flexibility to back outstanding companies earlier or high-potential businesses at later stages where meaningful upside remains.


We love backing truly exceptional founders in digital health that have prediction and/or prevention at the heart of what they do. Strong product market fit is required, with a sustainable, yet ambitious, approach to growth in the UK and internationally.


We invest initial tickets of £1-5m with the ability to support our very best founders over the long term.
