With a Stepped Care Model, you don’t have to know what kind of help you need. You can access support 24/7 and speak to a qualified counsellor, who will help you find the most clinically appropriate support for you - whether that’s self-help tools, counselling, or specialist and urgent care if needed. Support can increase or decrease over time, and you’re always welcome to contact this service again whenever you need it.

About these services

The counselling service is delivered by Spectrum.Life, a mental health service provider offering confidential, clinically governed support.

Spectrum.Life combines digital tools with access to qualified counsellors and coaches to support you with everyday challenges and more complex wellbeing needs.

Services are person-centred, evidence-based, and designed to be practical, accessible, and easy to use.

The GP and nurse service is a digital health service offering online appointments and consultations with a registered GP or Nurse, using a smartphone or tablet.

Appointments can be held over video or telephone and can often be provided on the same day they're requested. The video service differs from phone appointments as it offers a face-to-face experience, and patients can show visible symptoms on the video call.
